“Our stay here reminded me of a petit hotel in Paris—not too big or noisy, which made it relaxing. The breakfasts were even better than in Paris. The staff had friendly smiles and made us feel welcome. We'll definitely come back and recommend it to friends.”

8.9Verified guest

“The staff at Charming 2 are amazing—their friendliness, professionalism, and enthusiasm are hard to describe, and they fixed all problems (except fog on Halong Bay). We've never experienced such service. The rooms are fine; we had the small double and wished we'd splurged for a larger one, but it was still okay. Breakfast is excellent with many choices, and there are complimentary drinks and fruit daily. You can't go wrong with Hotel Charming II.”

8.9Verified guest

“It wasn't as conveniently located as reviews indicated—a fair walk to Hoan Kiem Lake on busy roads—but the staff were very friendly and the room was clean, though small.”

8.9Verified guest

“Staff are super friendly and warm, and they take the initiative to remember every guest's name. They try their best to help in every way possible. Thumbs up!”

“Most friendly and helpful staff, excellent à la carte breakfast, and very clean and comfy rooms (though small and some lack windows). The hotel has its own travel agency; we booked tours to Sa Pa and Halong Bay, which was excellent.”

“This hotel is a gem—small, quiet, and relaxing, just like a petit hotel in Paris. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, better than what I had in Paris. The location is also great for exploring. What I enjoyed most was the friendly and welcoming staff—their smiles made me feel at home. I'll definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back.”
